Mabani signs to execute Jabali Towers at Tatu City, Nairobi, with Rendeavour
Mabani signed a partnership agreement to execute the Jabali project at Tatu City, Nairobi, in partnership with Rendeavour and through Swan Properties — a project that reflects mutual trust and shared ambition between Saudi Arabia and Kenya.
Mabani for Projects and Rendeavour, Africa's largest new city builder, first announced that they were joining forces to build future-ready cities across Africa in January 2026. Through Jabali Towers, Saudi expertise meets Africa's potential — in the film's words, “a statement from Saudi Arabia” that brings world-class execution to one of Africa's new cities.
In June 2026, Mabani hosted Rendeavour's executive management on a visit to Saudi Arabia, meeting government and private-sector leaders and touring several cities — shown in the second film below.
