A nine-storey Mediterranean residential building with 45 homes in Alicante, delivered with Mabani UK as main contractor.
The first phase of Conjunto Residencial Nature is a contemporary residential development in the Playa de San Juan area of Alicante. The nine-storey building contains 45 residential units, commercial spaces, storage rooms and 69 garage spaces, with expansive glass façades, staggered balconies and wooden vertical fins that add shading and energy efficiency.
Developed by Lucentum San Juan S.L. and designed by ADORAS Arquitectura S.L.P., the project collaborated with Mabani UK as the main contractor — from design development and technical documentation to construction supervision and completion.
