Manfred Jaeger
Manfred Jaeger’s design approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the necessity that urban planning, landscape design and architecture must form a coherent unit. Well-versed and experienced in urban planning, he became a member of the Municipal Administration of Aachen. His tasks were studies on urban research and town planning developments, with a special focus on the challenges of urban development. With the successful completion of these responsibilities in Germany, Manfred Jaeger was appointed as a Foreign Expert of Architecture and Urban Design in the People’s Republic of China. Presently, he is Partner of JKP Architects, with locations in Germany, China and Italy, over viewing design of the studios and providing expert consultancy

Peter Jaeger
Peter Jaeger’s passion for architecture is deeply rooted in his family background,which immersed him in the architectural spirit from a very early age.He has designed and realized numerous projects in Italy and abroad for both private and public clients.His expertise lies in integrated planning,from real estate development to concept design,and the definition of strategic guidelines for marketing.He coordinates all aspects of planning,design,impleme ntation,and maintenance of projects. Peter is particularly skilled in mixed-use developments,urban renovation,and context-based design.His urban renewal projects enhance existing urban fabrics,blending history and modernity. His masterplans are both prestigious and functional,meeting diverse urban needs.Whether revitalizing old areas or creating new mixed-use spaces,his designs are innovative,contextsensitive,and of the highest quality.

Johannes Jaeger
Johannes Jaeger is a leader in sophisticated architectural design,directing diverse projects including offices,commercial buildings,masterplans,and residences.With over 20 years of global experience in large-scale and complex projects,his technical insight,design focus,and attention to detail drive an integrated approach.His notable wins include the Hybrid Tower and the 308 m high Guangfa Securities Headquarter Tower. Recognized by prestigious institutions like CTBUH and AIA Chicago Chapter,he also serves as a jury member in design competitions.Jaeger is known for his“German mind,”bringing rigorous engineering thinking and sophistication to high-rise and mixed-use designs.His successful projects in the Asia-Pacific region,such as the Southern University Technology Park,exemplify his ability to create functional and iconic structures.Additionally,he contributes to architectural education,sharing his expertise at universities like Tsinghua.
